Rob Steir, CEO

Rob Steir has served as CEO of MBA GlobalNet since its founding in 1997. He is a co-founder in 2004 of MindForce Consulting (www.mindforceconsulting.com), a management consulting firm and talent agency featuring MBA independent consultants. In 2002, he conceived of and co-founded a 501c3 non-profit, MBAs4NYC, that provided, in one year, volunteer consulting services (3000 volunteer hours) to 90 small businesses in Lower Manhattan which were directly affected by 9/11. From 1987 to 1997, Rob worked as an institutional real estate professional for the Prudential Realty Group and also for the Resolution Trust Corporation's National Sales Center. More recently, Rob was an account manager at THINK New Ideas, an Internet interactive advertising agency. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1991 and graduated from Georgetown University, cum laude, with a degree in Business Administration in 1986.

In 2005, he became a Thought Leader panalist on the subject of Talent Relationship Management for the Human Capital Institute.

Bobby Hill is the co-founder of MindForce Consulting. He has served as an outside Advisor to MBAGlobalNet since its founding in 1997, and has nearly 15 years of professional services and management consulting experience. Over the past 10 years, Bobby has advised a wide variety of organizations on market strategy, revenue generation, and new business design & implementation. His clients have included AIG, The Capital Group, and Kemper Insurance among others. In addition to his role with MindForce, Bobby currently serves as an external consultant to the Madison Consulting Group -- a strategy firm specializing in the financial services industry. He spent the majority of his professional career with Bankers Trust in New York and London; and earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985.

Donald L. Bogdon, Jr.,General Counsel

Don is an experienced lawyer and businessman. During his legal career, he has worked at large law firms in New York and Los Angeles, where he has gained considerable transactional experience. Some of his representative transactions included asset purchases, asset sales and mergers. Don has also worked as General Counsel/Senior Financial Officer for an incubator firm and a firm that pursued a "roll up" strategy. Most recently, Don has consulted internet start-ups.

Don received his law degree from University of Southern California Law School. In addition, Don received an MBA from New York University, where he received numerous academic awards

Alan Frederickson

Mr. Alan Frederickson's experience includes more than 6 years as an engineer and project manager and 28 years in the international corporate industrial and governmental markets including consulting with entrepreneurs and small enterprises. Alan was the key consultant for the team responsible for turning around a $60 million publicly traded company which had lost more than $20 million the year before. As a corporate executive, he managed five companies in Europe exporting American products. Alan formed his own company and organized a world-class team of American, Russian, Ukrainian and Moldovan executives and enterprises that designed/produced collaborative, high-technology capital equipment now in profitable plants in Estonia and Ukraine. He has served on several nonprofit boards including past Chairman of MBAs4NYC.org, a volunteer MBA consulting service serving NY's small businesses downtown, The International Institute of New Jersey, an immigrant services organization, and Canticorum Virtuosi, Inc., a choral and concert choir organization. Alan has his MBA from Harvard Business School. Alan is a MindForce Consultant Affiliate.

Raymond Chua

Raymond has been advising MBA GlobalNet on operations and customer service since early 1997. He works as an operations and technology consultant at the Madison Consulting Group, translating business needs into actionable technology and operational plans. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
