The length of each project varies from one day to one year. Our fee is usually 15% of what you pay your 1099 hire, based on length of contract and is capped at $10K. We do provide a volume pricing discount for clients. 2) Engage MindForce Talent (part of our sister company, MindForce Consulting) As A Staffing Firm In 2004, MindForce Consulting was spun out from MBA GlobalNet. MindForce Talent is its staffing arm, and it may be viewed as MBA FreeAgents 2.0 in certain ways. MindForce has assembled a core group of successful independent consultants, most with MBAs, who are interested in being hired for project work either as individual Work For Hire consultants or as part of one of our consulting services offered by MindForce Technology or MindForce Ventures. We are a staffing firm. You pay us and we'll pay our consultants. Thus, our fee is built into the fee you would pay per hour or per day. There is no separate hiring fee.
